 okay so *cracks knuckles* i dont really plan on posting here often anymore just because i dont have the energy to
but i need somewhere to keep this bio with her so... yeah
she's my character for a vampire the masquerade session!


Name: Adelia Chaput 
Generation: 12th gen! (she's pretty far down the line.
Age: No exact age, but she was turned into a vampire when she was in her twenties, back in the 1910's, and the current time period she's in is 1980's, so she's been around for a bit.
Gender: Cis girl (she/her/hers pronouns!)
Sex: Dfab (designated female at birth.)
Height: 5"
Relationship Status: Single pringle!! (hit them uppp)
Preference: Pansexual/panromantic (she's super casual about sex,) and open to the idea of being polyamorous!
Disciplines: Auspex, presence, and celerity. 
Job(s): Professional rockstar: lead singer of her punk band The Degenerates. (Well, she's decently famous, her name is a locally known thing and she has a good gathering of fans who frequently attend her lineups with other artists.)  

Personality:

+ Gregarious (she loves talking to people, and is absolutely phenomenal at it.)
+ Creative (adelia is very quick thinking and on her feet, and is not only creative in her music and arts but also finding quick solutions to large problems.)
+ Passionate (ridiculously passionate about her beliefs, and she has some pretty strong ones. she's been a feminist since the 1910's and plans to keep it that way, she's been creating music and using what little power she has to continuously further the movement.)

= Ambitious (she's pretty motivated to accomplish her goals.)
= Aware and Anxious (adelia is hyper aware of her surroundings, and although she isnt bothered with others motives, she's always on the hunt for things that seem off. whether it's someone's body language, or quite literally a direct threat.)
= Good hearted to a fault (she is the type of person to assume that everyone is good until proven otherwise, and even then she will try her best to give them second chances. this has caused her to get into some trouble, especially with the kindred community considering she isnt much involved with the 'game' so to speak.)
= Manipulative/Charismatic/Smooth talker (this vampire is VERY charismatic, i'm certain if she tried hard enough she could talk a fish out of water. she has a very easy time deescalating situations and smoothing things over, which is good for her considering that she prefers to avoid conflict in the first place.)

- Cowardly to an extent (more so cowardly in the idea that she hates hurting others, and although she's capable of it, it'll take a lot to get her to actually defend herself.)
- Nervous (she's very high strung and, as previously mentioned, hyper aware of her surroundings.)
- Secretive (you could carry on an entire conversation with adelia that consisted of you telling her your entire life story and you wouldnt have gotten even a sliver of information from her that's deeper than surface level stuff. she's very good at containing secrets, especially her own, and boy does she certainly carry many with her.)

+ Warm bodies (since she's a vampire, she's cold blooded, so she thoroughly enjoys curling up to a nice, toasty human.)

+ The concept of mortality (she loves how short and simple human lives are, she is mildly envious, in fact. she misses the idea of growing old with another and eventually meeting her end. she's watched everyone she loved die, and she secretly wishes for the same.)

+ Food (as a concept, not to imply she can actually eat it, or at least, hold it down for very long, but she appreciates it.) 
+ Garlic (once again, not that she can really eat food, but god DAMN does she love garlic, she picked up a taste for it more-so ironically than anything.)
+ Cigarettes (a habit she's had since the 40's.)
+ Human culture (movies and books are so interesting! the humans have such great ideas.)

- The sun (for obvious reasons.)
- People who are shitheads about different genres of music (it's okay to dislike a genre, but dont constantly trash it and the people who like it.)
- Elder vampires (what a fuckin drag dude! learn to let loose a lil)
- Prudes (goes hand in hand with elder vampires)
- Under decorated, simple apartments. (that's so boring holy shit dude, liven the place up a little yknow?)
-/+ Feeding (she LOVES it when it's on her own time, it's a fantastic experience for both parties involved, but when it's the 'beast' so to speak inside of her controlling her need for blood, it's pretty terrible. she has good self control, so when it actually comes to the beast taking over, it's pretty messy.)
- Other people who are secretive (adelia adores knowing things about people, and although she can generally coax information out of others, there are a few who arent as easily manipulated by her, and she hates it. she doesnt do anything with the information she gathers, she just enjoys sortve living through others lives.)

Extras:

- adelia has spent her fair share of time getting into fist fights (whether it be with an asshole in the mosh pit, or at a local bar,) and although she generally avoids conflict, she's pretty good at brawling and honestly enjoys it to an extent
- she's very good with animals, well, she's able to get almost any animal to let her pet it, including spooked horses. she just... really loves animals. (dogs are super cute!!!)
- ill add to this list later, she's DEFINITELY a character in development and she has a long way to go, i just created her like three days ago. (she's actually a very modified, re-purposed design of an old character with a completely different personality.)
